 ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: കഴിഞ്ഞ 12 വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടയില്‍ രാജ്യം കൈവരിച്ച വലിയ പരിവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളുടെയും മാറ്റങ്ങളുടെയും കേന്ദ്രബിന്ദു പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ക്ഷേമമാണെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി. തന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള മൂന്നാം സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ രണ്ട് വര്‍ഷം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കുന്ന വേളയിലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ ജനക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികളെക്കുറിച്ച് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. ഡയറക്ട് ബെനിഫിറ്റ് ട്രാന്‍സ്ഫര്‍ ഡി.ബി.ടി), സ്വച്ഛ് ഭാരത് മിഷന്‍, പി.എം ആവാസ് യോജന, ആയുഷ്മാന്‍ ഭാരത് തുടങ്ങിയ പദ്ധതികള്‍ ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അന്തസ്സും മികച്ച അവസരങ്ങളും ഉറപ്പാക്കുക എന്ന ലളിതമായ ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് നടപ്പിലാക്കിയതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു.

തന്റെ ഔദ്യോഗിക എക്‌സ് ഹാന്‍ഡിലിലൂടെ പങ്കുവെച്ച കുറിപ്പുകളിലാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. ‘കഴിഞ്ഞ 12 വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടയില്‍ ഇന്ത്യ നിരവധി മാറ്റങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിച്ചു. ഈ  മാറ്റങ്ങളുടെയെല്ലാം കാതല്‍ പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയും പാര്‍ശ്വവല്‍ക്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയും ക്ഷേമമാണ്,’ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി കുറിച്ചു. പതിറ്റാണ്ടുകളായി വികസനം എത്തിനോക്കാത്ത ജനവിഭാഗങ്ങളിലേക്ക് അതിന്റെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ നേരിട്ടെത്തിക്കുക എന്ന ‘അന്ത്യോദയ’ ദര്‍ശനമാണ് തന്റെ സര്‍ക്കാരിന് എപ്പോഴും പ്രചോദനമായിട്ടുള്ളതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തു.

’12YearsOfGaribKalyan’ എന്ന ഹാഷ്ടാഗോടെയായിരുന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ പോസ്റ്റുകള്‍.

പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ജീവിതനിലവാരം ഉയര്‍ത്തുന്നതില്‍ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ നിര്‍ണ്ണായക പങ്ക് വഹിച്ചതില്‍. സന്തോഷമുണ്ടെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. ഡയറക്ട് ബെനിഫിറ്റ് ട്രാന്‍സ്ഫറും ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമുകളും വഴി ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങള്‍ യാതൊരു ഇടനിലക്കാരുമില്ലാതെ പൂര്‍ണ്ണമായും സുതാര്യമായി ജനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നേരിട്ടെത്തുന്നു.

ഇത് അഴിമതിയും ഫണ്ട് ചോര്‍ച്ചയും.  ഇല്ലാതാക്കുകയും ഭരണസംവിധാനത്തിലുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ വിശ്വാസം വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ‘ഗരീബ് കല്യാണ്‍’ (ദരിദ്ര ക്ഷേമം) എന്ന ഈ പ്രയാണം ഇന്ന് മാനവ ശാക്തീകരണത്തിനും വികസിത ഭാരതമെന്ന സ്വപ്‌നം സാക്ഷാത്കരിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഒരു ജനകീയ മുന്നേറ്റമായി മാറിയിരിക്കുകയാണെന്നും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

2014 മെയ് 26-നാണ് നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയായി ആദ്യമായി സത്യപ്രതിജ്ഞ ചെയ്തത്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് 2019 മെയ് 30-ന് രണ്ടാം തവണയും അധികാരമേറ്റു. 2024-ലെ പൊതുതിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിലെ നിര്‍ണ്ണായക വിജയത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ 2024 ജൂണ്‍ 9-നാണ് അദ്ദേഹം തുടര്‍ച്ചയായ മൂന്നാം തവണയും രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയായി ചുമതലയേറ്റത്

About the Government Schemes
Knowing all the government schemes is one thing, but the candidates must also know their purpose. Candidates stand a better chance of scoring high marks if and when they go through the purpose of each scheme given below.
1. Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana: Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana is a National Mission on Financial Inclusion that provides an integrated approach to bring about robust financial inclusion and ultimately provide banking services to all households in the country.2. Make in India: PM Narendra Modi launched the ‘Make in India’ campaign that will facilitate investment, foster innovation, enhance protection for intellectual property and build best in manufacturing infrastructure.
‘Make in India’ has identified 25 sectors in manufacturing, infrastructure and service activities and detailed information is being shared through interactive web-portal and professionally developed brochures.
3. Swachh Bharat Mission: Swachh Bharat Mission was launched in the entire country as a national movement. The campaign aims to achieve the vision of a ‘Clean India’ by 2nd October 2019. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is the most significant campaign with regard to sanitation by the Government of India.
4. Beti Bachao Beti Padhao: The goal of this scheme is to make girls socially and financially self-reliant through education.
5. Atal Pension Yojna: Atal Pension Yojana is a pension scheme mainly aimed at providing a universal pension scheme for those who are a part of the unorganized sector such as maids, gardeners, delivery boys, etc. This scheme replaced the previous Swavalamban Yojana which wasn’t well-received by the people.
6. Digital India Mission: The Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy.
7. Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan: It is a voluntary and contributory pension scheme, under which the subscriber would receive the following benefits:
(i) Minimum Assured Pension: Each subscriber under the PM-SYM, shall receive a minimum assured pension of Rs 3000/- per month after attaining the age of 60 years.
(ii) Family Pension: During the receipt of a pension, if the subscriber dies, the spouse of the beneficiary shall be entitled to receive 50% of the pension received by the beneficiary as a family pension. Family pension is applicable only to a spouse.
(iii) If a beneficiary has given a regular contribution and died due to any cause (before age of 60 years), his/her spouse will be entitled to join and continue the scheme subsequently by payment of regular contribution or exit the scheme as per provisions of exit and withdrawal.
8. Gold Monetisation Scheme: Gold Monetisation Scheme was launched by the Government of India in 2015, under this scheme one can deposit their gold in any form in a GMS account to earn interest as the price of the gold metal goes up.
9. PM CARES Fund -Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation Fund: This is a public charitable trust initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. National Child Labour Projects
