പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ വിവിധ ജനക്ഷേമ പദ്ധതികൾ, സാധാരണക്കാരുടെയും പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെയും ദൈനംദിന ജീവിതത്തിൽ കാര്യമായ മാറ്റങ്ങളാണ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിലൂടെയും സാമ്പത്തിക ഭദ്രത ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുന്നതിലൂടെയും പാവപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം ഉയർത്താൻ ഈ പദ്ധതികൾക്ക് സാധിച്ചു.

 हमारे बहादुर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी द्वारा भारत में लागू की गई विभिन्न जन  कल्याणकारी और जन  तैषी योजनाएँ പ്രധാന മാറ്റങ്ങളും അതിന് വഴിതെളിച്ച പ്രധാന പദ്ധതികളും താഴെ പറയുന്നവയാണ്:

1. തലചായ്ക്കാൻ സ്വന്തമായൊരു വീട് (പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ആവാസ് യോജന - PMAY)

ചോർന്നൊലിക്കുന്ന കുടിലുകളിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്ന ലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് പാവപ്പെട്ട കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് സുരക്ഷിതമായ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് വീടുകൾ നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകി. അടിസ്ഥാന സൗകര്യങ്ങളായ കക്കൂസ്, കുടിവെള്ളം, വൈദ്യുതി എന്നിവയും ഇതിനൊപ്പം ഉറപ്പാക്കി.

2. ആരോഗ്യ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കി (ആയുഷ്മാൻ ഭാരത് - PM-JAY)

നിർധന കുടുംബങ്ങൾക്ക് പ്രതിവർഷം 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള സൗജന്യ ആശുപത്രി ചികിത്സ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്ന ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതിയാണിത്. അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായി എത്തുന്ന രോഗങ്ങൾ മൂലം സാമ്പത്തികമായി തകർന്നുപോകുന്ന സ്ഥിതിക്ക് ഇത് വലിയൊരു ആശ്വാസമായി.

3. സാമ്പത്തിക ഉൾക്കൊള്ളലും നേരിട്ടുള്ള ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും (ജൻ ധൻ യോജന & DBT)

ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടില്ലാത്ത കോടിക്കണക്കിന് പാവപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് 'ജൻ ധൻ' പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ സീറോ ബാലൻസ് അക്കൗണ്ടുകൾ തുറന്നുനൽകി. സർക്കാരിന്റെ പെൻഷൻ, സബ്സിഡി തുടങ്ങിയ സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായങ്ങൾ നേരിട്ട് (DBT) ഇടനിലക്കാരുടെ ചൂഷണമില്ലാതെ അക്കൗണ്ടുകളിലേക്ക് എത്തുന്ന രീതി ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തി.

4. ആരോഗ്യകരമായ അടുക്കളയും ശുചിത്വവും (ഉജ്ജ്വല യോജന & സ്വച്ഛ് ഭാരത്)

വീടുകളിൽ സൗജന്യ എൽ.പി.ജി (LPG) ഗ്യാസ് കണക്ഷനുകൾ നൽകിയതിലൂടെ അടുക്കളയിലെ പുക ശ്വസിച്ച് സ്ത്രീകൾക്കുണ്ടാകുന്ന ആരോഗ്യപ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ കുറഞ്ഞു. ഒപ്പം 'സ്വച്ഛ് ഭാരത്' മിഷന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കോടിക്കണക്കിന് വീടുകളിൽ ടോയ്‌ലറ്റുകൾ നിർമ്മിച്ചു നൽകിയത് ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിലെ ശുചിത്വ നിലവാരവും സ്ത്രീകളുടെ അന്തസ്സും വൻതോതിൽ ഉയർത്തി.

5. കർഷകർക്കും സാധാരണക്കാർക്കുമുള്ള സാമ്പത്തിക തങ് (PM-കിസാൻ & മുദ്ര യോജന)

'പി.എം കിസാൻ' പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ ചെറുകിട കർഷകർക്ക് വിത്തും വളവും വാങ്ങാൻ നേരിട്ട് സാമ്പത്തിക സഹായം എത്തിച്ചു. ചെറു കിട സംരംഭങ്ങളും കച്ചവടങ്ങളും തുടങ്ങാൻ ഇളവുകളോടെ വായ്പ നൽകുന്ന 'മുദ്ര' യോജന പാവപ്പെട്ട ചെറുപ്പക്കാർക്ക് സ്വയംതൊഴിൽ കണ്ടെത്താനും ഉപജീവനമാർഗ്ഗം ഉറപ്പാക്കാനും തുണയായി.

അടിസ്ഥാന ജീവിതസൗകര്യങ്ങളായ പാർപ്പിടം, ആരോഗ്യം, സാമ്പത്തിക സുരക്ഷിതത്വം, ശുചിത്വം എന്നിവ ഉറപ്പാക്കിയതിലൂടെ ദാരിദ്ര്യരേഖയ്ക്ക് താഴെയുള്ള ദശലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് ജനങ്ങൾക്ക് അന്തസ്സോടെയും സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തോടെയും ജീവിക്കാനുള്ള അന്തരീക്ഷം പടുത്തുയർത്താൻ ഈ പദ്ധതികൾക്കായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ഭാരതത്തെ ഒരു വികസ്വര രാജ്യത്തുനിന്ന് ഒരു വികസിത രാജ്യമാക്കി മാറ്റുവാൻ സ്വന്തം ജീവിതം തന്നെ മാറ്റിവച്ച നമ്മുടെ ധീരനായ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിജി ഇന്ത്യയിൽ നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ വിവിധ ജനക്ഷേമ ജനോപകാര പദ്ധതികൾ,
