പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി തായ്ലൻഡിൽ; ഊഷ്മള സ്വീകരണം നൽകി ഇന്ത്യൻ സമൂഹം..
ബാങ്കോക്ക്: പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി തായ്ലൻഡിലെത്തി. ആറാമത് ബിംസ്റ്റെക്ക് ഉച്ചകോടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിനാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി എത്തിയത്. ബാങ്കോക്കിലെത്തിയ മോദിക്ക് ഊഷ്മള സ്വീകരണമാണ് തായലൻഡ് ഭരണകൂടം ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നത് ‘മോദി കീ ജയ്’ എന്ന വിളികളോടെ ഇന്ത്യൻ സമൂഹം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയെ സ്വാഗതം ചെയ്തു. ചെറിയ ദേശീയപതാകകൾ കൈകളിലേന്തി, പൂക്കളുമായാണ് ഇന്ത്യൻ സമൂഹം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയെ സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ ബാങ്കോക്ക് വിമാനത്താവളത്തിന് പുറത്തു‌നിന്നത്.
ദ്വിദിന സന്ദർശനത്തിനാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി എത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നാളെ ഉച്ചകോടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തതിന് ശേഷമായിരിക്കും തിരികെ മടങ്ങുക. ഇന്ന് നടക്കുന്ന വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രിമാരുടെ യോഗത്തിൽ. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി പങ്കെടുക്കും. ബിംസ്റ്റെക്ക് ഉച്ചകോടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനെത്തിയ മറ്റ് ലോകനേതാക്കളുമായും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തും
ഇന്ത്യൻ സമൂഹവുമായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സംവദിക്കും രാവിലെ ബാങ്കോക്കിൽ നടന്ന ബിംസ്റ്റെക് ഉച്ചകോടിയുടെ മന്ത്രിതല യോഗത്തിൽ വിദേശകാര്യ മന്ത്രി എസ് ജയശങ്കർ പങ്കെടുത്തിരുന്നു. തായ്ലൻഡ് സന്ദർശനത്തിന് ശേഷം പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീലങ്കയിലേക്ക് പോകുമെന്നാണ് വിവരം ഇരു രാജ്യങ്ങളും തമ്മിലുള്ള സഹകരണം വളർത്തുക, നിലവിലെ ഉഭയകക്ഷി ബന്ധം ശക്തമാക്കുക, വിവിധ മേഖലകളിലെ സഹകരണം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നിവ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ശ്രീലങ്ക സന്ദർശനം.......

I am grateful to Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra for giving me a copy of the Tipitaka in Pali. Pali is indeed a beautiful language, carrying within it the essence of Lord Buddha’s teachings. As you are all aware, our Government had conferred the status of Classical Language on Pali last year. People from all over the world have appreciated this decision and it has also encouraged research as well as study on this language
